Happy Monday, once again! It sure rolls around quickly, doesn’t it!
As usual, I’ve got something to rock your mind to! Coffee? On a Monday morning? Psht! You don’t need it. Dance Trippin’ (subscribe) in the background while you work is a blend for productivity! I’m already wired after listening to the first seven minutes of this hour-long mix!
Smack the play button and knuckle down! You’re about to go on a wild ride through the Ibiza music scene!
Congratulations Dance Trippin’ on 100 episodes!!
Europeans sure know how to get their groove on! This mix was recorded in Ibiza, Spain, at the world’s biggest club (yes, they hold the Guinness World Record) — Privilege Ibiza. It has a ceiling 25 meters high and there’s even a swimming pool! If you’re traveling to/near Spain, you should definitely check this place out! Privilege recommends you buy tickets in advance because most nights they will be sold out at the door!
Are you crushing your work load yet? Yes? No? Either way, crank on to another episode of Dance Trippin’ and before you know it you’ll be in to Tuesday.

In this episode (s03e07) of Fork You, Scott’s favorite foods are cooked up in front of a live audience. This includes delicious breaded chicken cutlets, yummy scallop potatoes, drool inducing brownies with no nuts, and… broccoli. Talk about a meal fit for a king; Scott certainly is one!
This is another video you might want to have a napkin handy for.
The hosts of Fork You are Scott and Marisa. Fork You falls under the Blankbaby Media Empire. Did you subscribe yet?
Everyone and their mom has a Twitter account. It started with geeks and has eventually made it to traditional mainstream media sources and now celebrities.
Many other microblogging services have tried to compete with Twitter, but most of them fail due to the fact that most people have invested so much of their lives/business in to Twitter. Plenty of businesses would seize to exist without Twitter.
Alrighty, if you can’t be the next Twitter, then change it up a little. Jason looks at five different types of microblogging in episode 20 of The Web Mix (subscribe).
Jason has created a super-awesome customized player, and it looks very sexy on The Web Mix website.
Check out the sites Jason mentioned in this episode: HelloTxt, Blippr, Bloombla, 12seconds, and Chatterous. Leave a comment if you’ve tried any of these out, and describe what you like/disliked about them.
The Web Mix was previously known as The JetSet Web. I just thought you might like to know that.
During the episode a Digg article on the iPhone OS v3.0 was mentioned and it got the ~500 person crowd very excited! Especially when Digg founder, Kevin Rose dished out the news that he had it on good authority that copy and paste functionality would be in this release.
Apple, Inc is releasing a preview of the software today at 10 A.M. PST / 1 P.M. EST. As far as I’ve read I believe this means we’ll be updating our iPhones to version 3.0 this evening, but I haven’t seen that in writing. I can’t imagine there would be all this hype for a preview of the software.
Check out Kevin Rose detailing what he was told is going to be in iPhone OS v3.0:
How excited are you to see copy-and-paste on the iPhone? Is there a different feature you’d prefer over it? I’d definitely love to see a video option that didn’t require jailbreaking the device.
OceanLab just released their single “On A Good Day” and their fans created all created videos for the official music video. This is the result, and it’s frickin’ awesome!

Vocal trance is the genre OceanLab fits under. The band consists of vocalist Justine Suissa and the three members of Above & Beyond; Jonathan Grant, Tony McGuinness, and Paavo Siljamäki. Yesterday at SxSW Interactive I saw 3D versions of Guitar Hero and Burnout: Paradise City. It was some pretty impressive technology!
Imagine that on an iPhone — the aforementioned games were played on Xboxes. Pocket Gamer (subscribe) sure likes to imagine that! They launched in 2006 and are dedicated to the wonderful world of games playable on pocket-sized devices.
In this episode of Pocket Gamer’s iPhone Gaming Podcast there’s talk of Metal Gear Solid and reviews of Brothers In Arms: Hour of Victory, Toy Bot Diaries: Entry 2, and Guitar Rock Tour. Yeahhhh, the equivalent of Guitar Hero on the iPhone!! I wonder when it will be in 3D.
What’s the smallest device you’ve played a game on? iPod Nano? Tamagotchi? Leave your comments below.
Always remember: If you have an exciting video you feel needs to be featured on the Viddler blog, please send me a message right now.
