Community Feature: Saint OnStar

Brandon (friend: bbautista) recently posted a hilarious video of his recent experience with OnStar. Brings back scary memories of almost every time I’ve had to talk to a customer service rep from ANY company on the phone.

Great job on the video, Brandon! I laughed through the whole thing, and I think most of us can identify with that horrible customer service experience we all try to avoid whenever possible.
