Earthquake in SoCal

Published July 29, 2008 by Brandice in Community Spotlight

As you may have heard, an earthquake hit SoCal today and Twitter has been buzzing (some Twitters have even left images in my head that will never go away), and Daynah caught some footage of the aftermath in the Science Library at UC Riverside.

From her video description:

“About 200 (if not more) books fell off the top shelves on the 3rd floor. About 100 or so fell from the second floor. No damage (that I know of) from the first.”

Were you affected by the quake? We hope that everyone near that area is okay.
