I've complained about features that don't work like they should at a couple of points, but I'm very aware that I'm lucky to be able to get one on the day of the launch, and personally, I did my homework on the plan and the contract changes and made sure there was 3G availability in my area. Some of us still don't have one and still have to wait to get one, and I feel like people who are lucky enough to have been able to go out and buy one on the first weekend should just stop and appreciate how lucky they are to have one when some of us are still forced to wait.
