What is your typical day?
I start each day by checking through email and Trac (our PM tool). I try to make sure that projects are on schedule and move things accordingly. After that I typically spend a lot of time interfacing with our designers, developers, and consumer facing teams to collect information to organize and plan future milestones.
Where are you from? Where did you attend college?
I currently live in Bethlehem, PA and attended Allentown Business School for Visual Communications.
When and why did you join Viddler?
I joined Viddler in the winter of 2011. I came to Viddler to experience a different side of business. To help and grow a business. I had a lot of experience working for large companies and really wanted a change of pace. Viddler was is a great fit for me. There are new challenges every day to overcome and the decisions you help make have a direct effect on the business.
What is your favorite experience at Viddler?
It’s on-going for me. I actually get the most satisfaction from solving problems and working with a great team of people for a common goal.
What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of Viddler?
I enjoy spending most of my time with my family. They are what is important to me. Outside of my family I enjoy running, collecting vinyl and graffiti art.

What is your typical day?
Each morning I come in and check the help desk tickets that were created during our off hours and respond to them. After we are caught up with our tickets I work on reviewing invoices for the day before to make sure everyone has their bill created accurately and on time. The rest of the day I keep a look out on our help desk to make sure we are not getting backed up, while making sure we are financially stable to continue to provide our great service.
Where are you from? Where did you attend college?
I am from Easton PA, and went to Kutztown University studying Communications.
When and why did you join Viddler?
I joined Viddler in the spring of 2010. I came to Viddler because it was a small team when I joined and I looked at it as a way to really make a difference in a company. Before Viddler I worked for a larger company and it was hard to see your impact on the company. Here it is easy to see the impact that I have every day which helps drive me.
What is your favorite experience at Viddler?
It’s hard to say since I touch so many of our customer’s every day. What I can say is my favorite part of my job is when working with a client and the moment when the two of you are on the same page and you both have that aha moment that is needed to resolve their concerns.
What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of Viddler?
I always enjoy a good movie, I’m a bit of a cinophile. Enjoy getting together with friends to try a new restaurant for good food and drinks.

What is the typical day of a Viddler Solutions Specialist?
Helping our customers find solutions for their online video needs. Whether that is to make more money, have more control or have more options with their online video strategy and planning, we find a way to best fit their needs.
Where are you orginally from and what is your background?
I’m from Reading, Pennsylvania and graduated with a BS degree in Electronic Media and a psychology minor. I’ve always been fascinated with how media affects the way society communicates and influences the way our thoughts are made.
When and why did you join Viddler?
The reason I joined Viddler in April 2011 is that the company’s ideals and culture fit perfectly with my ideals and personality. I’ve been involved in Business Development with online video for years, and the position I have with Viddler was made for me:)
What is your favorite experience at Viddler?
Every day here at Viddler is positive. Everyday we help people do more with online video and I see very unique websites and uses of video. But overall my favorite experience so far has been winning the Viddler Iron Chef competition in June! I am the official king of Tunafish sandwiches.
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
None. There is no such thing as “outside of work”. But honestly I read a ton and live for playing Ultimate Frisbee!
