C4 is a conference for independent Macintosh developers ran by Jonathan ‘Wolf’ Rentzsch (friend: ). Jon has been busy putting up each of the speeches from the conference, one per week, for the past few weeks.

Today’s featured video is Wil Shipley, of Delicious Monster, talking about managing hype to your advantage.
