Grading tea

Published December 11, 2007 by Colin Devroe in Featured

This post was written by today’s Viddler star, and one of our most active members: Brandice (friend: brandice) of STeaP TV.

Masto gives the most comprehensive and informative description of tea grading that I’ve seen yet. We featured him over at STeaP, because his description of the tea gradings far surpasses anything we’ve done on our show, and I think that his video provides great coverage of one area of tea that is confusing to a lot of new (and veteran) tea drinkers.

For more information on tea in general, feel free to check out the tea vodcast, STeaP, which is hosted by Joe (friend: FirstClown) and myself. We don’t claim to be experts (and in fact, Masto is probably a nerdier tea drinker even than the two of us combined!), but we have a lot of fun, and we also host a great group for tea drinkers and viewers of the show where we encourage you to post your own TeaTodays, which we regularly feature on our show’s site.

Thanks to Masto for a great video that provided some great info and visual examples about a topic that I am passionate about. :)

Thanks to Brandice for picking today’s featured video. Can you believe that Masto has somehow won over our Viddler stars to get two featured videos in two days? That is a first here on Viddler – and in my opinion – couldn’t have happened to a better guy. Keep up the great work everyone… Now I have to start drinking tea!

Don’t forget: If you would like to suggest a video to be featured on our blog please send me a message, use our forums, or just comment on this post.
