Seriously people, this is not my fault. Today we decided to do a featured video and use the first video someone gave us via Twitter. I asked, Chris Clark (friend: chrisclark) responded first. Thanks a lot Chris!

So today’s lesson is: Be careful what you ask for! Haha. In all seriousness, I haven’t headbanged in a long time and I plan on doing about a two or three minute session this afternoon in honor of today’s featured video. Thanks Chris for being the first to reply! Happy Friday!
