One Laptop Per Child - Review

Published December 27, 2007 by Colin Devroe in Featured

Allison Sheridan, from the nosillacast (friend: nosillacast), recently received her OLPC (something we spoke about the other day) and she’s done a good review of the laptop.

We’ll just ignore that she couldn’t open it and tried to turn it on without putting in the battery, ok? Thanks so much for doing a video showing your first experiences with the XO Laptop.

Don’t forget: If you would like to suggest a video to be featured on our blog please send me a message, use our forums, or just comment on this post.

A laptop is a delicate machine and has a high risk of getting damaged when transported. Those who travel a lot and have other products to carry along like binders, books or a scanner should invest in a laptop backpack with either shoulder straps or wheels attached to it. If you want to teach your children you should cover all the information regarding the laptops like how to use it and how to handle it etc.,
