We’re back again with Tara Hunt’s (friend: missrogue) excellent work and this time it is The story of Satisfaction. Satisfaction is “people powered customer service”. This video interview goes into the impetus behind Satisfaction and some background on how their service works.

One of the most notable things about Satisfaction, for me, is how open the platform is to be used within other applications, web sites, mobile platforms, and the API. In a perfect world companies that leverage Satisfaction’s service will never need to send their audience to Satisfaction at all to benefit from their system.
