College Tips with the Unigo Podcast
If you’re a student in/applying to college then you’ll know it’s a tough process that sometimes doesn’t get easier until it’s all over. Of course, the support of friends and family can make it easier. But what about learning from a broader experience?
Unigo (subscribe) is a platform that allows college students to share videos, photos, reviews, and documents with other students on their campus, or at campuses across the United States. I suppose you could think of it as the early days of Facebook; only interaction between college students. Except, Unigo is all about college life, so it’s not replacing Facebook or anything like it.
Long time Viddler user, Leah (princessleah7x), sends regular updates to Unigo about her college applications for this year. It’s fascinating to see how students go through the college process in the United States.
The Unigo Podcast is a perfect addition to the website. In the first episode Unigo’s founder, Jordan Goldman, answers many questions students apply to college may have. Many of his tips can also be used by current college students because they may not be getting the most out of their college tuition. When you’re spending so much money on something you want to be getting the most out of it, right? Your answers, below.
Subscribe to the Unigo Podcast on Viddler or iTunes (opens iTunes) to receive updates when they’re available.

February 3, 2009 - 2:14 pmI have allot of embedded hits on a website other than my own. Does this mean you have to press play on the embedded video to engage a ‘hit’ or do you just have to visit the website in order for it to ‘hit’?
