Hollywood Dish: All About Steve
Reporter Mina Mitcheletti of The Hollywood Dish goes all access behind the scenes of the recently released film All About Steve. And all access means she’s– well, you’ll see.
From what I’ve gathered across the infinite wisdom that is the Internet, The Hollywood Dish is a parody of many typical entertainment news programs (E.g., Entertainment Tonight), and it’s just a one-off for the film All About Steve. If so, that’s some creative marketing! If not, I hope to see Mina getting raunchy of the set of other films.
Mina begins her “interviews” with Ken Jeong (who plays Angus). No doubt you’ve seen him in films such as Pineapple Express, Role Models, or The Hangover. Of course, Bradley Cooper and Sandra Bullock feature in this exclusive too; in interesting ways…
What’s All About Steve all about?
Steve (Bradley Cooper) is news cameraman whom travels the country covering breaking news stories with reporter Hartman Hughes (Thomas Haden Church). Steve is setup on a blind date with Mary Horowitz (Sandra Bullock) and while he doesn’t particularly see a relationship with Mary she becomes completely infatuated with him.
Mary follows Steve as he covers news stories around the country and Hartman encourages her because he enjoys torturing his cameraman. Oh, and Mary constructs crossword puzzles. Yeah, you can see this is going to get awkward-funny!
I won’t spoil it for those who still haven’t had the chance to see it.
All About Steve is in cinemas across the USA right now. It opens in Australia on November 12th, Germany on November 19th, and in the United Kingdom on the 15th of January, 2010. Gosh, usually Australia is the last to have a film release. The UK got the short stick this time.
Bradley, Sandra, and Thomas may not be on Twitter, but Ken Jeong sure is: @kenjeong.
